At Kauri Point Sauna, we work with trusted freight partners to deliver orders throughout New Zealand.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment has been received. If an item is imported to order or temporarily out of stock, we'll contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to freight carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure someone is available to receive large or heavy deliveries where required.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide photographs of the product and packaging. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to lodge a freight claim.

Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
